Why won't my game download?
REASON 1: If you live outside of the United States or Canada, there is a chance your game will refuse to download. The reason for this is that we're only allowed to sell games in specific regions, which don't always include every country. Once we can find a distribution partner in the other countries, we'll create a link for your area.
REASON 2: Sometimes games are discontinued from distribution. This leaves our game page linking to an old file that has been removed. It doesn't happen often, but unfortunately developers sometimes choose to pull their games without the proper notice.
Why do some games not appear in search even though there is a page for the game?
When a developer pulls their game from distribution, we remove the game from our search. However, to ensure that we don't create missing files on our site that are indexed by Google and other search engines, we allow the page to remain. Often the downloads still work even after the promotion has ended.

If I register, will you send me spam? Or share my information?
Absolutely NOT. We hate spam more than anyone, and will never use your personal email address or any other gathered information to send you information or contact you unless requested by you. If you get an email advertising STIMULUS.com services, it's most likely because a friend of yours has used our "Tell a Friend" service.
Does STIMULUS.com make games?
STIMULUS.com does not in of itself make games. We have a relationship with Zero G Games that do create and distribute titles. If you have a game that you think is suited for distribution, we're always interested. Please use our contact page with your pitch and contact information.
I saw something abusive on your site...who do I tell?
We care very much about keeping STIMULUS.com a safe place for travelers of all ages. If you see any form of abusive behavior, please either press the "Report Abuse" button, or use our contact page to let us know. All posts go through a heavy language filter, which although is strong, isn't perfect. We also allow for censorship at the user profile level, and it defaults to ON. We do allow very light phrases (circa 1939 films). It would be fantastic if spammers and "griefers" didn't exist, but they do, and they sometimes enjoy a battle of the minds.
