Why won't my game download?
Sometimes games are discontinued from distribution. This leaves our game page linking to an old file that has been removed. It doesn't happen often, but unfortunately developers sometimes choose to pull their games without the proper notice.
Who do I contact for a billing problem?

Why do some game not run in Vista?
Vista is the most significant rewrite of the Windows operating system. Due to this fact, Vista has changed enough about how to program for that operating system that many games need to be rewritten to work on Vista. In most cases games work as is on Vista, but some do not. It will most likely take a few more years before all games will work on Vista.
If I register, will you send me spam? Or share my information?
Absolutely NOT. We hate spam more than anyone, and will never use your personal email address or any other gathered information to send you information or contact you unless requested by you. If you get an email advertising STIMULUS.com services, it's most likely because a friend of yours has used our "Tell a Friend" service.
Does STIMULUS.com make games?
STIMULUS.com does not in of itself make games. We have a relationship with Zero G Games that do create and distribute titles. If you have a game that you think is suited for distribution, we're always interested. Please use our contact page with your pitch and contact information.
